Yes. Zadar offers a compact old town on a peninsula, the Sea Organ and Sun Salutation installations, excellent sunsets, and easy access to Kornati Islands and Krka National Park. It's less crowded and less expensive than Split or Dubrovnik while delivering a strong first impression of Dalmatia.
Two full days are enough to cover the old town, waterfront, and one day trip (Krka or Kornati). Three days allow a more relaxed pace with time for beaches, a second excursion, and unhurried evening walks along the Riva.

Zadar Airport (ZAD) has seasonal flights from major European cities. The city is also well-connected by bus from Zagreb (3.5 hours), Split (2.5 hours), and Dubrovnik (7 hours). Zadar's port has ferry connections to nearby islands including Ugljan, Pašman, and Dugi Otok.
Jadrolinija has moved one Biograd-Tkon low-season departure from 29 May and removed the first Zadar-Gaženica to Preko Sunday round trip for 31 May and 7 June.
